Job Purpose/Summary:

The Non Volume Recruiting Lead (NVL) is a key member of the Business Unit leadership team and is responsible for ensuring maximum Innovation, Collaboration and Execution between Ochre House Non Volume Recruiters embedded in different client organisations in the UK and Europe; AB-InBev, Kimberly-Clark and United Biscuits. The goal is to ensure these clients gain maximum value from their partnership with us and that we leverage expertise, best practice and knowledge sharing across geogra phies and sectors to ultimately maximise the client's value to Ochre House.

You:

Reporting to the Business Unit Account Manager, this position has direct line management responsibility for a multi-client team of 7 and will be a key strategic and tactical contributor to the success and future growth of the Business Unit. The position is based in the UK and will require travel to all major client sites; Belgium (Leuven), Germany (Bremen), UK (Luton, Hayes, Brighton, Kent)

* Non Volume Recruitment experience ideally both in-house and agency / exec search / RPO
* Strong experience within a highly commercial, service oriented customer facing role
* Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and use data to drive decisions
* Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to analyse complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders
* Commercially astute and has experience of maximising R OI
* Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence
* Proven record of excellent people management skills
* Lumesse experience is highly desirable
* FMCG sector experience would be desirable but is by no means essential
* Fluency in English is a must, additional European language capability is highly desirable (Dutch / French / German in particular)
