A leading global bank are seeking a Operational Risk Manager to carry out the following:

Exercise overall responsibility for the delivery of the Operational Risk Framework 'risk and control library' project to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards, in order to produce a Group wide standard risk and control library to deliver optimisation of controlsProgramme manage and drive the 'risk and control library' project in line with the terms of reference scope, in order to drive consistency of approach across Clusters and functions, alignment with control test plans and support consistent OPUS data that enables more effective cons olidation and reporting of risk exposures across Group.Take accountability for aligning the risk and control library project methodology, with the wider operational risk framework work-stream and other Operational Risk working group work-streams, and to ensure that deliverables are aligned, support consistency and manage dependencies effectively. Work with the Programme Director to deliver effective communications and manage relationships with key stakeholders at senior executive levels, across operational risk community, Internal Audit and wider business, ensuring continued buy-in to the project.Establish project planning framework, ensuring that project plan is developed and tracked to appropriate standards, integrated effectively across other Operational risk working group work-streams and BAU priorities are unambiguous and achievable, and that dependencies are clearly understood and managed.Contribute to and lead relevant elements of Operational Risk input to the wider G overnance & Control responsibilities for the teamsContribute to highlighting the key trends and issues and actions required
