Senior Support Analyst
Our client is a leader in PHP and Web development and they are looking to add to their rapidly expanding team. They are looking for Senior Helpdesk Support Analyst with working knowledge of PHP, Magento, MySQL and Apache. The aim of the role is to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to assist customers with their applications via phone, email or call logging system. You will provide pro-active support for our clients incidents (From creation to resolution).
The successful candidate will have:-
Network Knowledge
Underst anding of hardware set-up and configuration
ITIL Certification (preferred)
Zend Certification (preferred)
JAVA (preferred)
The salary will start from 25,000 to 35,000 depending on experience
