We are a personal injury claims management company and looking for an experienced applicant to handle the initial stages of RTA and other PI claims, along with providing full administrative support.

As a claims advisor you will be managing the new/existing clients claim whilst completing the following:

Taking full details from clients; involves telephone, face to face and written contact to clients. Opening files on the case management system Liaising with the clients and third party insurers Liaising with the clients solicitor/file handler Liaising with other parties involved (medical agencies, repairers, hire companies, met police, witnesses) Providing updates, explanation of letters and advice to existing clients Office administration (photocopying, scanning, faxing, incoming and outgoing post etc) Completing documents on behalf of clients where necessary Invoicing for referrals Chasing for outstanding paperwork from the clients, documents needed for hire or other information imperative to progress the clients claim

Skills needed

Worked in a similar role with knowledge in personal injury claims is essential (RTA, public liability, trip/slip, employer liability and medical negligence) Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Internet, computer literate with strong typing skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients in a friendly professional manner over the telephone and in person Educated to GCSE Level with grade C or above in English and Maths
