Project Administrator (immed start) 18 months contract
This Int'l City based company require an experienced Project Administrator for an 18 months contract to start asap. NO NOTICE PERIODS ACCEPTED - duties include: Providing general administrative support to the project team i.e. Partners and Consultants.Providing dedicated support to the Project Manager and the Partner in charge in all aspects of project coordination/research/tracking budgets/deadline management etc; setting up and attending meetings, taking and disributing mi nutes of meetings with the client and internally, and chasing actions and collation of responses; liaison with the client building excellent relationships over time; Typing/Production/amendment of project related correspondence; Working with finance team on production of invoices and liaising with Accounts Payable on payment of supplier invoices; filing of project documentation; creating and maintaining contracts database and employee register for he project; Co-ordinating workspace allocation as the project requires; coordinating printing requirements for the project; liaising with Survey Managers to assist in setting up of surveys; following safe working practices, and liaising with the project H & S Representative as required to ensure team completion of risk assessments; Assist with the production of monthly progress reports; maintain a project calendar; assist in maintenance of document sharing system; The successful candidate will have A level equivalent standard of ed ucation, a good knowledge of MS Word Excel, and Word; Accurate typing 40wpm, database experience, experience of invoicing and previous administrative experience within a professional environment.
