Due to continued success and growth our client, the larg est individual mortgage brokerage in one of the UKs leading networks now has a requirement for one or two senior individuals to step in and contribute directly to their future expansion. The individual we are looking for will need to have the following skills:

- A proven track record of at least 5 years of delivering very high and consistent sales results
- Must be able to demonstrate sales success in all product areas (i.e. mortgages and insurance and cross sales)
- Must retain the necessary enthusiasm and hunger to continue to deliver these results going forward
- Must have the ambition to take their career on to the next level and to be able to contribute ideas and leadership in a managerial capacity as well as strong personal sales
-Must be prepared to lead by example
- Must be a strong team player and have an ethical approach to generating results

The Role:
For the right individual the opportunities right now are pretty much limitless. The key points about the role are as follows:

- Will be self employed
- Will be given 5-6 good quality individual estate agency branches immediately in order to get used to the business model
- Will be expected to hit the managers target inside 4 months
- Will then be a key business leader
- Will be given directorial responsibility to oversee one or two of our largest accounts
- Will have managerial responsibility for a number of other advisers
- Will be paid an enhanced commission rate on all personal sales
- Will be encouraged to recruit a number of new advisers to work under him/her
- Will be paid a percentage of everything that the team generates (similar model to partner in law firm)
- Opportunity to be given equity share in business
- Expected earning by 12 months - 150k OTE
- Unlimited potential thereafter
