Opportunity:
International leader in global investment banking is looking for an experienced Support Analyst. The Support Analyst will support BAU and changes for the back office finance team and their associated applications. This is a 1st and 2nd line face to face support role with business users, and the succesful candidate will come from a financial services background. PLEASE NOTE: only candidates from within the UK and who are eligible to work in the UK will be considered. All CVs must be sent in a Microsoft word document.

Essential skills, which must be included where relevant in the CV:
- 4-5 years experience as a Support Analyst, where you will have interacted directly with end users
- Proven experience supporting a large datawarehouse system
- Experience of BI/ Business Intelligence tools (such as Business Objects, SAP, midas). Any experience of Microsoft NAV2009/ Navision, or FRSglobal, or SQL 2005 would be highly beneficial
- Ability to support and trouble shoot overnight batchruns
- Experience supporting a back office function (preferably finance and treasury) and associated systems
- Excellent communication skills
