Team Coordinator - Risk
We are currently seekinga Team Coordinator to support a very busy Risk Team within this Investment Bank.
This role will involve:
Diary management for the team and Head
Administrative support to the Head of Risk
Organisation of travel arrangements
Monitor emails and manage incoming queries
Liaising with senior management and high profile individuals
Organisation of meetings
Taking and writing minutes
Dealing with purchase orders
Dealing with the intranet
Dealing with Health and Safet y
Person Requirements
Proven assistant experience ideally within a similar organisation, able to demonstrate the ability to work in a high pressured environment. Need to be a team player with excellent communications skills with great communication skills. The ability under extreme pressure whilst remaining calm. Experience needed of managing an electronic health and safety system.You must also be able to take and produce minutes.
This role requires a Team Assistant who has exceptional communications skills, able to work on their own initiative and be a team player. The right candidate will need to be very well presented, articulate and confident.
