Venn Groups financial services division urgently requires a Senior Financial Accountant to join the external reporting team of an international Asset Management firm.

The finance team have responsibility for up to 160 entities, which require consolidated accounts. You will take a pivotal role in the team and be responsible for reviewing consolidated financial statements prepared in line with UK GAAP, IFRS and other local requirements. As the go to? person regarding any new accounting practices and regulations, you will provide detailed management reports of new IFRS reporting requirements and how this will affect the client. Other responsibilities will include assistance with preparation of consolidated accounts and liaison with auditors.

In order to be considered for this opportunity within a renowned company, you will be a qualified Accountant with extensive experience of reviewing sets of consolidated accounts, and audit files in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS. You will ideally also have worked with Caseware and CODA systems
