We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support our Projects Team at BBW.
Requirements
To provide professional administrative support to the Projects Director and wider Projects Team. Acting as the single point of contact to prepare reports, presentations, bid documentation, travel bookings, logging and tracking all project opportunities and general enquiries, collating timesheets for submission to finance on a monthly basis. Liaising with key suppliers for work dispatch, and preparation of post project documentation.
Responsibilities
You will work appropriate managers to ensure that diaries are effectively planned relevant to Project Managers worklaod Establish good working relationships with other team members Respond quickly to new directives Understands appropriate PPE and security applications
The Individual
Enthusiastic and committed to provide a professional, high quality service to the Company and the client.
Ideally, an understanding of contract administration in an FM or services environment.
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, In Design or Prezzie, and other software packages as appropriate.
Experience in a similar role.
Be able to prioritise work, and operate to tight deadlines,
Plan, organize and monitor several activities at the same time.
