Business Development Manager Position Description

As a Business Development manager at Trader Media Group, you will be responsible for a group of key accounts to maximise the revenue for TMG. Working across the full portfolio of Display platforms, insight and data, the Business Development Managerwill have the ability to offer partnership and sponsorship as the tools to deliver compelling solutions.

The successful Business Development Manager candidate will work alo ngside the Manufacture and Agency team, looking to get right under the skin of each account, ensuring they understand the business challenges and know the people involved. This will enable them to take a strategic approach, with long term solutions that talk to those challenges and identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the relevant Account Directors to deliver full TMG solutions into a set of key accounts. Increasing the revenue take from each account using the full portfolio of TMG's platforms and services Develop relationships with a set of Manufactures and Key accounts, developing an understanding of the objectives Working with the Account Directors on Large Groups to develop a Display solution for each account Maximising revenue from key accounts Working with the Creative Solution Manager to develop a compelling solution for each key accounts Be involved in the strategic planning of individual accounts

Business Development Manager Required Experience

The successful candidate into this Business Development Manager role will have previous experience of display sales and the development of strategic accounts. You will also be able to demonstrate a track record of developing customer focused relationships, based on customer need.

You will have the following key skills:

Exceptional relationship building skills A proven track record of maintaining and growing network of contacts A proven success of delivering results in line with business objectives An ability to demonstrate/illustrate relevant industry knowledge. Strong communication and advisory skills. Proven negotiation and influencing skills. Previous experience in the automotive sector is desired
