My client, based in South London is seeking a Communications Analyst for a temporary assignment. You will be supporting and maintaining the day to day administration of telephony contacts for the company, providing support for and assisting with project management of any IT related projects.
Daily duties will include:
-Supervision of telephony accounts including adding, ceasing and changes to the lines
-Supervision of mobile connections including changes, additions and change of ownership
-Assisting IT Helpdesk in dealing with any faults and other issues with lines, phone systems or devices
-Processing of telephony invoices (recurring bills and ad hoc invoices)
-Monitoring of the usage of desk phones and mobile phones for compliance with Company's policies
-Regular reviews or available devices and prices
-Maintenance of telephony related databases and reports
Key skills for this Communications Analyst/IT Helpdesk Specialist include the following:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Very good numeracy and literacy
-Experience in resolving incidents with suppliers, working to SLA's and knowledge of escalation procedures
-Experien ce of using software to produce statistical information and reports
-An understanding of how to interpret and manipulate data
-Attention to detail
-Excellent IT skills including ability to use Microsoft Office and database packages to an advanced level
-Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
