The primary role involves delivery in Operations and front line working environment assignments.

Delivery: The candidate will form part of an experienced and flexible project delivery team, helping clients to realise benefits and transform behaviours which will lead to improved efficiency and customer focus and reduced waste in different environments in both public and private sectors.

Business Development: The candidate will support the Operating Model & Performance Improvement sales activity across Capgemini. They will provide the Subject Matter Expertise to support the development of robust and pragmatic Lean / OM solution proposals for both manufacturing, service based and Government based.

The ideal candidate should ideally meet the majority of the following criteria:

Experience operating in a consulting/advisory environment.Proven experience and results in industry using Lean Performance Improvement techniques and approachLine management experience in delivering performance improvement, efficiency and/or quality improvement programmes using Lean / BPR and Operations Excellence principles. Flexibility and ambition to perform as part of the UK team and across our global client base

Proven consulting delivery capability with Blue Chip Organisations delivering e ngagements with revenues exceeding 1 million.

Ability to demonstrate analytical rigour and proven ability to synthesise data and formulate conclusions/recommendations.

Evident capability / accreditation in Lean / TPS, relevant academic or professional qualifications

Experience in designing and implementing new Lean Operating Models & Organisational Designs would be advantageous

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing.

Team player with an ability to adapt quickly to changing team environments.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing and delivering Lean Performance Improvement solutions to recognised Private and Public Sector organisations either in a Consulting Services or Line Management capacity as well as a clear record of managing change and delivering measurable performance improvements.< p>What we offer
