Our client, a highly regarded Top 20 accountancy firm who require an Insolvency Manager/Senior Manager to join their Corporate Insolvency team in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an established Corporate Insolvency team and to will be working in a business that has a reputation for delivering excellent service and results.

Role Profile:

The purpose of the role is to work with senior members of the department to achieve departmental objectives, ensuring the smooth and efficient r unning of the department, whilst controlling a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases.You will be responsible for the day to day management of a large corporate insolvency caseload and ensure documents/reports are produced in accordance with the firms guidelines and standards.You will be working with senior team members to devise the overall strategy for each of your cases and will be expected to keep senior staff informed regularly on case progression.You will support and actively take part in guiding and developing the junior members of the team, particularly ensuring that client relationships are maintained by the delivery of high quality service.You will be expected to research and prepare innovative proposals for business development and prepare presentations to prospective clients

Candidate Profile:

JIEB Qualified.Have an up to date and detailed knowledge insolvency legislation, relevant case law, SIPs and guidance from regulators and other government bodies.Liqu idation and administration experience are essential.Experience of managing junior members of the team.Have a minimum of 5 years corporate insolvency experience.Be client focused and motivated to provide the highest quality service to clients.Have extensive managerial experience.Strong interpersonal, communication andorganisational skills are essential.
