IT or Computer Science related graduate with a keen interest in networking required by one of the UK's leading Network Service Provider's.

The role:
* We are offering a IT graduate an excellent entry level role into a leading edge organisation that is at the forefront of emerging networking technologies
* The role will provide support the Engineering team within our Service Delivery department

Responsibilities:
* Support Service Delivery Engineer's in the technical provisioning of customer solutions by assisting with the set up of the customer networking equipment, to include:
o Unpacking network hardware ready for the relevant engineer
o Assisting engineers with configuring the network equipment
o Labelling and re-packaging network hardware
o Sending network equipment to the customer
* Liaising and following-up with customers regarding the implementation of their solutions
* Management reporting regarding order progress and team performance
* Liaising and following-up with Service Delivery Engineer's regarding on hold projects

Knowledge and experience required:
* IT, Networking or Computer Science graduate
* Effective communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
