You will be working for a well known Global Bankwho have a solid and professional reputation and will be based in the beautiful offices of Canary Wharf.
The main duties willconsist of:
Provide secretarial support for each team, liaising with colleagues to prioritise tasks appropriatelyProduce a variety of standard and customised letters including new hire offer letters, changes of terms and conditions of employment, leave of absence, work-experience etcMaintain appropriate filing of documents using Documentum f iling system and as directed by coverage teamsEnsure timely despatch of offers to candidates and track/follow up accordinglyArrange for payment of sign-on awardsProvide administrative support to Coverage Assistants as requiredAd hoc HR projects from time to timeArrange meetingsProcess occasional expensesYou Must have:
Secretarial backgroundin a demanding environment - financial services and/or HR experience ideal but not essentialExcellent attention to detailStrong organisational skillsAbility to manage team workload and prioritise appropriatelyTeam spirit and ability to cope in a fast paced environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking todevelop their HR career by stepping into this ongoing position.
