My client, a leading IT recruitment agency, are looking for an experienced people manager to head their contract sales division and drive headcount growth, new business and revenue.
You will be responsible for building a team of new business vertical market specialists. You will also have immediate responsibility for existing business including a mature contract order book in need of development.
You must have people management skills as headcount growth will be a key part of the role. You must also be an experienced contract recruiter with a track history of opening and developing new business withintechnology verticals. You may be a current billing Team Leader with the desire to step up into a Non Billing Management role andwho ultimately wants to further their career to Director level.
