RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - CONSTRUCTION TEMPS DESK

20,000 to 25,000 BASIC + BONUS (OTE 40,000+)

Established in 2002 and now in their 12th year of trading, our client has continued to grow their business through the recession and turnover is set to top 8m this year.

They are a well established and respected recruiter in the Commercial, Construction (UK and International) and Industrial sectors and in 2010 we began recruiting in the Health Care sector.

Their continued growth through difficult times means that they are now looking to add an extra two consultants to an existing Construction Trades / M&E temps team, based at their office in Central London.

Their primary focus at present is within the construction trades / M&E team is on temporary site recruitment across the UK. Their current client base consists of a number of easily recognisable blue chip companies, a number of large regional main and sub-contractors as well as many more localised smaller specialist contractors. Typically, the type of people they place on a day-to-day basis are, amongst others, Joiners, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Electricians and Labourers. During 2010, they managed to double the volumes within this sector so based on this success, this is an area they want to grow further.
