Signet Trading Ltd is offering you a sparkling opportunity to join one of our successful management teams in a store in Central London as a Store Manager Designate.

What is a Designate role?

Signet recognises that our store teams and especially our managers are one of the most important aspects of our brands and our success. This designate opportunity is a permanent role and our way to get people like you, future talent, into the business.

We will invest in y ou, give you in-depth training and all the knowledge you need to take on a management role in Central London as soon as one becomes available. As this is a designate role we need you to be mobile across London as your new role after your training has been completed could be based in any of our Central London stores from Westfield Stratford to Westfield in Shepherds Bush or any store in between!

The Role:

You'll lead your team from the front in a role based predominantly on the shop floor.

Youll engage in one to one selling using your knowledge and passion for the product to help our customers make that all important purchase and ensure high visual merchandising standards are always maintained.

Youll be pivotal in motivating and helping to support the development of your team members.

As a Store Manager you'll have a direct impact on our businesses financial success through successfully managing the commercial perfor mance of your store. Your KPI achievement is also linked to the bonuses you and your team will receive.

Are you who we are looking for?

Our stores are fast paced, have high footfall and normally turnover over a million pounds. Were looking for a talented individual who can deliver commercially measurable results through motivating their team to deliver an amazing customer service.

Youve got to be passionate about retail, with the charisma to inspire others in a strong customer service culture. You'll already have experience gained working for a multi-site retailer in a million+ turnover store managing a team of at least 5 people minimum.

You'll love being at the forefront of things, and have experience gained working in one to one selling environment where product knowledge is key to clinching a sale.

Passion for our products is also essential. You'll ideally have gained experience working in a luxury goods or simi lar sales environment where you have sold high quality, valuable and prestigious brands.

The Training:

We have an award winning Learning and Development team. They have helped to create a training programme that you will embark on enabling you to learn all about our products and what it takes to be a successful manager in our business. This means you dont need to be a jeweller to work for us but we do hope you are passionate about what we sell.

You'll also travel to stores in your area to learn about the role from your peers! As established Store Managers, they will be selected to support you in your training. They are great at what they do, so are best placed to share their knowledge with you so you can be just as successful.

We'll also support you to gain a recognised jewellery qualification so that you understand our products even better.
