MGR is looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join the Islington Lettings team of an expanding multi-office Estate Agency in London.
Our Client is a very successfulindependentagency who are one of the longest standing brands in Estate Agency with a strong marketing awareness within their business areas. Operating in prime plots across London, they will only entertain the best suite d candidates for this role.
The ideal candidate will possess thefollowing:The right candidate will possess substantial sales experience; either face-to-face or telesales with a demonstrable track record of success.Thrive in a competitive market place and to make commissionPrepared toworkhard and at times work unsociablehoursto get the job donePreferablyposses at least oneyearslettingsexperiencewithina reputable London agency - this is not essentialHave the determination to gain results and progress with the companyThe successful candidate will be trained up to a very high standard including ARLA (IndustryQualifications) exams paid forby the company with bonus upon completion.If you are exceptional you will be promoted to a Senior Negotiator position in 12 months time.
Package:18K Basic, plus commission, OTE 28K in year 1Excellent Commission package with a Pool Car.
