Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Residential Training

Starting Basic Salary 15,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Year 1 30,000 potential

Year 2 50,000 OTE

The Person:

As this will be one of the most sought after roles within this sector you will need to be able demonstrate the following qualities and experience:-

Have at least six months sales experience which will be either face to face or via the telephone

The Role:Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Following the residential training course you will be joining a team of experienced recruiters, who work from their Manchester city centre where you will join an award winning team, from there on in you will start to learn the skills required to be successful in the recruitment markets, this is a demanding role for sure but with great rewards.

Recruitment is a very professional sales role. You sell candidates to clients and clients to candidates. This is done over the telephone and face to face. You will develop relationships with new and existing clients promoting recruitment solutions. While it will be up to you to succeed, you will receive all of the tools and training to enable you to progress.

The working day will be busy, fast moving and dynamic and you will find yourself juggling a variety of tasks at the same time.

This is a demanding role that is not your typical 9 - 5 job but neither are the rewards!
