The Role

Opportunity for experienced and pro-active recruitment consultants to expand their horizons.

As the business stands, existing client relationships mean your role could be largely candidate led, speccing in candidates to roles and clients, working on behalf of experienced candidates to sell them into the right position.

The team in Birmingham is friendly, fun and successful and enjoys being managed both by their branch manager and with full support by an approachable and hands-on regional manager. The ethos is not one of hierarchy and power but of team and results.

Salaries range from c.20-35k + comm.. depending on your experience and the company offers a commission package which could significantly improve on your current earning potential.
