Mortgage Specialist

We have opportunities in this role in East Parade, Leeds.

Rotational shift pattern: Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm plus Saturdays, between 9am and 2pm. - start date 13/8/12

What you'll give our customers as a Mortgage Specialist
In addition to identifying our customers' needs and matching them to a wide range of mortgage and protection products, you'll provide exceptional service from customer inquiry to customer satisfaction. Staying abreast of the latest industry knowledge will be essential, so you'll have to keep your skills up-to-date and make sure that all mortgage documentation is complete and accurate.

What you'll need as a Mortgage Specialist

To do that in this role, you'll need to show us solid customer service experience in a regulated environment and a thorough understanding of FSA compliance requirements. An excellent knowledge of mortgage products is also vital.
