As a Customer Support representative, your role will be to deliver a customer focused claims handling service. Youll be providing support to a number of Home Based Project Managers and Surveyors within the Business. Youll act as first point of contact for our Clients and Homeowners for any queries on their subsidence claims. Additionally, youll provide administrative support including maintaining Tasks, requesting payments, producing letters, and liaising with our internal and external suppliers.
Its imperative that youll always put the customer first and exceed expectations, so a methodical and calm approach will be essential. Youll also have the ability to prioritise urgent requests and ensure all tasks are completed.
You will have/will be:
Committed to gaining the relevant knowledge and skill for the professional and technical requirements of the jobPrevious experience within a customer support office environment Organised, diligent and able to run tasks allocated though to completion Conscientious and hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience of computer based claims handling system Ability to deal with demanding customers in sympathetic but firm manner directly over phone.
