Payroll and Administration Officer
The Big Life group are social businesses and charities working together to offer a comprehensive range of opportunities to help people change their lives - employment, family support, housing, health care, mental health support, childcare and volunteering.
The Payroll and Administration Officer will be responsible for collating payroll information and calculating salaries for staff in the five businesses and three charities within the group. You will liase with an external payroll bureau and manage ongoing staff payroll enquiries.
You will provide a reception service for the groups HQ office, ensure the smooth running of the office and provide efficient administrative support.
You will also provide administrative support to the finance team and fundraiser of The Big Issue in the North Trust.
We require someone with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy who can manage their time and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines effectively.
