Kairos Retail Academy is offering apprenticeships for young people wishing to start a career in the retail sector. We are looking for young professional people aged between 16-18 years old who are motivated and passionate about the customer experience. During your apprenticeship you will achieve nationally recognised level 2 qualifications in addition to an apprentice wage.

We have an exciting opportunities available to work in retail. You will have the chance to gain experience in all aspects of working in a shop including Customer Service, Cash Management and Stock Replenishment.

You will attend the Academy 1 day a week in order to gain knowledge, skills and nationally recognised qualifications. The rest of the week you will work in the store gaining real life work experience whilst receiving an apprentice wage.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in customer service, excellent personal presentation, good communication skills and be reliable and trustworthy.
