About the role

Cool, calm and collected, Claims team members are our first point of contact for callers in crisis. Join the Claims team and you'll spend interesting, varied days gathering information about new claims quickly and accurately; whilst being sensitive to the customers' needs in what can often be a stressful time for them.

After comprehensive training you'll start taking calls and setting up new claims or deal with queries about existing cases. You will offer advice and guidance on additional services and benefits available during the claim process. You'll also benefit from on-going training to ensure you're always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible.

About you

To join the Claims team, you'll need to have excellent attention to detail and listening skills. It's a demanding, satisfying role that takes initiative, quick wits and a talent for problem solving. Of course, you'll need a calm, professional phone manner, and the ability to take ownership in certain situations. You'll enjoy sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues, helping us to work in smarter, better ways.
