Our Client based in Maidstone is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader and play a pivotal role.

As the Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily L&D functions and will be responsible for shaping the Learning and Development function so that it is clearly aligned to the business strategy and people objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field
* Proven leadership ability or past record of people management essential
* Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation
* Driven, goal-orientated and looking for a challenge with strong attention to detail.
