Swim Housing Team are looking to recruit a Housing Support Worker based in the Bristol area. This is for a young peoples project on a rolling rota basis. This permanent position is to work 30 hours per week, which can be over weekends.

Your job will be to:

*provide support to young adults between 16-25 with regards to tenancy issues and independence

You must have the following experience:
*It is essential you are knowledgeable of working with people with multiple support needs
*You must have previous housing or social care support experience and a minimum of one year experience working in a similar role.
*Dealing with high pressure situations and having to think on your feet
Able to work a variety of shift patterns

You must have an enhanced CRB and your own transport is an advantage
