Job: LIFE INSURANCE ADVISOR - 20k + OTE (35-45k)
Location: Manchester
Salary: 20k + uncapped OTE (30-45k depending on experience and ability)
Hours: 37.5 hrs p/week

We are currently recruiting for an award winning Sunday Times TOP 100 company based in Manchester. Our client is going through a number of planned growth phases over the next 1-5 years doubling the size of the current organisation. My client has 7 divisions each offering different products and services throughout the UK. This role is working on the newest division which was launched in 2008 and currently has 50 members of staff. We are looking for ambitious candidates who have a natural flair for sales who are keen to progress within an organisation.

This role is working as an 'Life Advisor'. Your main responsibility within this role is to convert quotes for life insurance for new and existing customers of the group into sales using your effective sales techniques adhering to compliance and FSA regulations.

1. Convert Leads
2. Use the CRM database of Group data to maximise sales
3. Provide the customer with the BEST possible advice

We are looking for a highly driven, quick thinking, dedicated, highly customer focused sales professional - tick all the boxes?

The starting salary is 20k with an uncapped OTE (38k for hitting target)

I have sat with all the sales teams and the working environment is great fun.
