We are looking for a Regulatory Support Manager to work from our Head Office in Leeds on a full time 37.5 hours per week basis. Regular travel throughout our clinic network will be required.
The Role
You will be required to provide support to the Clinical and Regulations Manager in all regulatory activities required in maintaining the fundamental principles of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW), Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) and other jurisdiction regulators.
You will also contribute to the safety and quality agenda.
The Person
Essential
We require an excellent communicator with exceptional organisational and administrative skills coupled with the ability to confidently supervise a demanding workload demonstrating a structured approach to work.You will have experience of compliance monitoring, quality systems, improvement methodologies, audit and understand healthcare regulation. You will show enthusiasm, be proactive, flexible, committed and be a supportive team player.You must be a resourceful individual with strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft software packages.
You will be a Registered General Nurse with a minimum of 3 years post registration experience or an experienced healthcare regulator.
