My client, a well-respected childrens charity in East London, has an exciting opportunity for a Database Marketing Analyst to join them on a permanent contract.This role reports into the Supporter Marketing team, and sits within Fundraising.The role also provides a specialist direct marketing support for other teams within the Organisation.

Salary: Up to 28k c.

Direct Line Reports: Assistant DMA

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be working with the Database Services Ma nager and colleagues to deliver in-depth database marketing analysis with recommendations that give real insight and managing complex database selections in a busy direct marketing environment, ensuring work is delivered on time.The post holder will line manage and support the Assistant Database Marketing Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Delivering in-depth database marketing analysis with recommendations for insightProviding ad hoc reporting using Excel and DiscovererManaging and running complex database selections in a busy direct marketing environment and ensure they are delivered on timeTo line manage and support the Assistant Database Marketing AnalystTo support the Assistant Database Marketing Analyst to carry out straight-forward data selections and marketing analysis tasks, providing support for business planning exercisesTo maintain annual planning toolsTo present technical findings clearly and concisely
