My client, an established management consultancy is now looking for a Senior HR Consultant / HR Generalist to join their HR team. The Senior HR Consultant / HR Generalist will be experienced, CIPD qualified, with the ability to operate within a senior capacity.

Within this Senior HR Consultant role, you will be expecte d to manage complex ER cases, deal with senior recruitment, as well lead on Learning and Development projects. The Senior HR Consultant / HR Generalist will also be instrumental in developing key stakeholder relationships, and promoting the visibility of HR in the business. The Senior HR Consultant / HR Generalist will also identify areas of improvements, for example training needs or policy and procedure amendments.

For this Senior HR Consultant / HR Generalist position you will be CIPD qualified, have the depth and solid experience of a HR Generalist operating within a senior HR capacity. The Senior HR Consultant / HR Generalist will also have experience of working within a small, hands on HR workforce, as well as working within corporate and professional HR and business cultures/environments.
