Xperian Recruitment is a search and selection consultancy that offers perm, contract and temp recruitment services to a broad range of clients across a number of markets including: Financial Services, Software and Not for Profit.Due to our ongoing success we now seek a Recruitment Consultant who will be tasked with growing a permanent recruitment desk within the middle markets (SMEs).

This is more than just your typical recruitment role as it offers the successful candidate the opportunity of being an integral par t of Xperians growth and ongoing success. You should have experience running a perm desk and a track record of permanent billings. Industry is less important however if you have operated within IT, Financial Services or the Not for Profit sector then this is a bonus.

You will be based out of our Rochester, Kent office however 2 to 3 days per week home working would be considered.

The successful Recruitment Consultant must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

A minimum of 1 + years experience in recruitment.Established relationships that can be called upon post first initial 2 day induction week induction.Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.

Remuneration:

Salary: To 30,000 base plus uncapped commission OTE 60k uncapped.
