Sales and Business Development Manager (5 Days Work)

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager in charge of all business sectors (construction material, FMCGs and garment).Reporting to Country Manager and Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

Daily office operationBuilding and manage both local and export sales team for the company

Responsible for strategy planning - budgeting branding, and advertisement

Identifying new business opportunities and following up with potential/existing clientsProducing new sales for both local and overseas markets Maintaining sales performance and achieving set targets

Responsible for contract negotiation and preparation

Attending exhibitions, conferences & promotional events (if required)

Occasion travel may required

Job requirement:

Tertiary educated5 years above local/export sales experience with 2 years in managerial level Experience in leading small team to achieve company assigned targetsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsEnergetic, indep endent, self-motivated, passionate, target-oriented and strong analytical skill in market trend developmentProficient in PC application Proficient in spoken and written English is a MUST

Mature, self-motivated, AGGRESSIVE, hardworking and independent

Immediate available is preferred
