Life-changing opportunity to move to the vibrant, happening city of Hong Kong and take over the helm of the Italian kitchen in this great destination restaurant as Head Chef.
We are looking for a Head Chef who has the skill of combining both creative and high-quality Italian food with large numbers. This restaurant can accommodate upward of 300covers with an average spend of 80 per head. As Head Chef you will be managing a brigade of 18/20 chefs and we are looking for an inspiring leader with great communication skills who believes in teaching and motivating their team, as well as being responsible for achieving 23 c.o.s.
Living in Hong Kong means income tax is very low (max 15) but you do work six days a week, so those Head Chefs looking for an easy ride shouldnt apply. The restaurant is part of one of the most successful restaurant companies in Hong Kong and they also have businesses in China and London.
