With a client base boasting developers, property companies and institutions, this national firm is continuing to enjoy success in to 2012. In order to support their London team they require a Regional Facilities Manager to undertake a maternity cover for up to one year.
The successful candidate will be required to manage a mixed portfolio across London, and look for ways in which to improve the properties under control.
You will be required to draft reports to be presented to the Management Surveyor, draft service charge budgets, prepare and check all maintenance, cleaning and security audits and ensure relevant Ready to Let f orms are completed.
Client facing, you must be capable of building successful relationships with tenants.
The maternity cover commences at the start of June, however a long handover is desired in order to ensure a smooth transition for the clients involved.
As all of the properties are in London a car is not required.
