My client is a fast growing business within the property management industry and they are looking for a Lettings Valuation Manager to join their dynamic and vibrant office. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, presentable person who possesses strong communication skills that is driven by a role with an uncapped commission.
They are keen on recruiting someone with a proven record a sales, lettings or estate agency and are looking for a role where you can gro w and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
To oversee and develop an existing branch network dealing with residential lettings in the local area and surrounding branches.Identify opportunities to drive the business forward within this successful branch network.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lettings Valuations
Maximise the Growth of Landlords and Properties
Maximise the Number of Fully Managed Properties
Build Relationships with Our Clients
Ensure Customer Satisfaction is maintained at a High level
Canvassing
Uploading properties for marketing & managing the property portals & your portfolio, manage landlords expectations and guide them through the process
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:

Experience In Sales Or Lettings/Estate Agency - preferably lettings

Package:
18k - 20k + commission ( depending on experience and qualification ) with uncapped OTE

21 days leave a year (including your birthday day)
Work every second Saturday

Hours:
9am - 7pm ( Monday - Friday )
9am - 5pm Sat
