Our client is a leading real estate company with offices across the world.They are currently seeking a FACILITIES COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT FACILITIES MANAGER to join their team based at their prestigious site in St Pauls.Reporting into the Regional Facilities Manager duties will include:

* Assisting with the management of a number of hard and soft services contractors across the site monitoring their performance against agreed standards.
*Ensuring all tenants are adhering to site health and safety regulations.
* Organising and co-ordinating fire evacuation and bomb drills.

*Covering reception duties when necessary
* Ensuring adequate provision is made for emergency and out of hours cover using the Customer Service Help Desk.
* Deputising for the Facilities Manager in their absence
* Assisting the Facilities Manager with the preparation of service charge budgets, the monitoring of agreed budgets to pre-defined cash limits, quarterly variance reporting and service charge reconciliation to agreed accounting practices.

Successful Facilities Coordinators will have at least 3 years experience gained assisting a facilities manager preferably looking after a multi tenanted site. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills.Knowledge of preparing service level budgets and management of Hard and soft services contracts is essential. Membership of the BIFM and a health and safety qualification is advantageous.
