What you'll give our customers as a Senior Commercial Manager
You'll identify new business opportunities, through your innovative approach, and build solid commercial profitability models that will bring them to life. You'll also lead multiple cross-functional working groups in the development of new products, and design innovative metrics and monitoring techniques for the commercial development pipeline. On top of that, you'll closely monitor the performance of all our delivery partners, taking action to remedy underperformance and mitigate risk.

What you'll need as a Senior Commercial Manager
The success of everyone at Clearlybusiness and Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need expert level knowledge of economic, market, political, regulatory and customer trends and new developments in the financial and business service markets. We'll also need to see outstanding commercial management skills, including expertise in negotiation techniques, innovative product development skills, relationship building and commercial risk management. A track record of identifying and commercialising leading-edge products and services is also essential.
