Job Purpose/Summary:

As a Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the on-site recruitment teams to ensure that all recruitment delivery related activities take place in line with, or exceeding agreed KPI's and Service Level Agreements.

Working in conjunction with the Client Services Director you will be responsible for defining and developing processes, continually building and reviewing to enhance hiring times and minimise costs. You will need to develop and motivate your teams and drive success throughout the Client building the Ochre House ethos for continuous improvement and optimum productivity.


You:
Technical skills and qualifications are obviously important. But alone they're simply not enough. We need people who innovate, collaborate and execute. People who don't see problems, but solutions. People who really get things done.

* Previous in-house / RPO experience
* Exposure to oil/gas/engineering or energy markets advantageous
* People management
* Travel flexible
