To reinforce our UK team for the Ebel brand in Richmond, we are looking to recruit for the following positions:

Customer Service Supervisor (Salary guide 26k-30k)

In this function you will be the main contact person for our clients, end consumers and after sales functions and will maintain an active communication with them. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to all and help to build the brand reputation.

You will also be required to support the finance function and sales and marketing team.

Main tasks: - ad-hoc mailings, data input (Finance), maintenance of customer listings, management of stock movements, local display stock, organisation of couriers, management of stationary/postage.

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 4-5 years experience in a similar position, prefe rably in the watch industry/luxury goods. Fluent in English, you will be proficient in MS Office (SAP is a plus). Precise in your work, customer-oriented and autonomous, you will have very good communication skills (verbal and written) and a well developed team spirit.

Customer Service Assistant (Salary guide 20k-23k)

In this function you will support the C/S Supervisor and be the secondary contact person for our clients, end consumers and after sales functions and will maintain an active communication with them. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to all and help to build the brand reputation.

You will also be required to support the finance function and sales and marketing team.

Main tasks: - ad-hoc mailings, data input (Finance), maintenance of customer listings, management of stock movements, local display stock, organisation of cour iers, management of stationary/postage.

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 1-3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the watch industry/luxury goods. Fluent in English, you will be proficient in MS Office (SAP is a plus). Precise in your work, customer-oriented, you will have very good communication skills (verbal & written) and a well developed team spirit.
