The Role

Our Client an extremely professional and iconic organisation with a headcount of circa 300 is looking for an experienced and self- sufficient Senior HR Advisor to support the business on a day to day basis. The successful candidate will be required to support their own client group and must therefore have in-depth HR experience and be suitability qualified.

The Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and ideally come from a professional services or a financial services background with at least 6 years plus HR generalist experience

Key skills, experience and qualifications required.

Must be qualified to at least Graduate CIPD level with significant post experience. Must have been employed for a reasonable length of time in all previous roles and be able to clearly demonstrate depth and breadth of HR Generalist experience.Experience of working in a devolved organisation would be an advantage.Must be able to prove experience of providing accurate and professional guidance and coaching to Senior Managers and others on all issues relating to HR.Must be able to prove depth of employee relations knowledge and experience.Must have experience of working within a changing e nvironment and be able to demonstrate project involvement.Must be adaptable, flexible and a genuine team player.Must be an excellent communicator and influencer Must be commercially astute Must be IT proficient with substantial HR information systems experience Must be able to support the HRM in all her responsibilities.
