As a result of new business, they require an additional experienced residential property (block) manager to join their existing team in Bristol overseeing a local portfolio of blocks including new builds, conversions and established estates.
As an experienced residential property manager you wil l have at least 2 years block management experience covering all facets of leasehold management including service charge budget setting, major works consultation and management (S20), buildings insurance provision & claims, resident meetings, contractor management and AGMs.
Property Managers MAY be IRPM qualified (or looking to become so) but this isnt essential and lack of such will not rule them out of consideration.
In terms of personal skills the successful property manager will cope well under pressure, have sound customer service skills, good commercial awareness and a keen eye for detail.
