We are looking to appoint experienced Quantity Surveyors/Senior Quantity Surveyors to cover projects in Kent and West Sussex working from our office in Addington, near Maidstone.These roles would suit a confident communicator with a solid background of all types of civil engineering projects.

Requirements:

Applicants should ideally have 10+ years experience within the civil engineering industry.

Experience of being solely responsible for the QS contribution to projects with value s in the region of 500,000 to 10 million within both the public and private sectors.

A strong knowledge and experience of the standard forms of contract, as well as bespoke arrangements, is essential.

Preferably degree qualified, or with other relevant certifications/accreditations.

Excellent time management skills.

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Have a desire to share knowledge and develop junior members of the team.

A full clean driving licence is essential
