Client

My client is a leading professional services firm in the heart of Bristol. They are seeking a Marketing Manager for a 9 month maternity cover

Role

To manage the firms online, newslet ter, email campaigns and design/print offeringTo manage the firms website, intranet and marketing technologyTo provide guidance and support on the use of the brandTo provide guidance on social media

Responsibilities

To co-ordinate, create and execute marketing communication programmes in particular e-newslettersManagement of campaign responses and analysing and reporting on results Day to day co-ordination and provision of information about the use of the brand Responding to marketing briefs to produce ad hoc printed and online materialsTo provide support and guidance in the development, management and maintenance of the firms marketing data.To design marketing literature such as capability statements Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external contacts, including agencies, printers, Partners, BDM's etc

Requirements

Experience in a similar role ideally in a professional services environmentKnowledge of CRM database administration is d esirableSkills required, equipment and systems used:Competent in the following software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Website CMS, spreadsheets, project management software, InDesign, CRM software; Front Page, HTML; Quark; Illustrator; Photoshop.Good working knowledge of marketing databases and data management is desirableExcellent organisation, co-ordination and time management skills.Excellent accuracy and attention to detailConfident and effective communicator at all levels: excellent oral and written communication skills preferably with experience of working in a professional services environment.Able to work effectively both alone and as part of a team
