Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Duties:

Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through the use of KPIs and regular observation, coaching and feedback

Enthuse and motivate your team to achieve stretching sales results

Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Person Specification:

Solid background in sales and business development

Experience managing a team and creating an enthusiastic atmosphere

Logical and structured

Excellent organisation skills

Effective communication skills

Customer-orientated and the desire to deliver excellent customer service at all times
