Our client is an independently owned, boutique marketing services career agency with an enthusiastic, reliable and knowledgeable team made up of some of the most senior and insightful recruitment specialists in the industry. They work across the integrated, digital, ATL, experiential and design & branding sectors with the most respected agencies in their fields within the UK, EMEA and Global ly.

Theyre growing at a fantastic rate and are now looking to add to the team of consultants by bringing on board an ambitious and motivated digital consultant to work with an existing client base and manage perm and freelance requirements across technical and project management. They will be working with other members of the business and an existing creative outreach, but with a focus on digital.

Core competences for this role:

-A passion for digital, advertising and marketing is essential.

-A strategic self starter who can simplify complex client briefs and find solutions for them

-Digital experience with an understanding of integration (Digital/BTL/ATL/Experiential/Design & Branding)

-Experience in managing approximately 25 live client briefs

Previous experience:

-Advertising or Marketing recruitment experience for digital agencies / departments

-Agency experience in a digita l department a benefit, but not necessary

-A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or an existing relationship

-Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent individuals

-Having the ability to work both on permanent and freelance briefs would be a plus. 95 of the roles are perm currently. This will evolve over time to up the freelance both for the consultant and in the business

-Team management would be a bonus
