IFA account manager - based in SE

We have an exciting, newly created, opportunity for a regional IFA account manager based in the North or South-East of England. Reporting to the IFA account director, the IFA account manager is responsible for the delivery of inflow targets by proactively engaging and developing relationships with IFA partners through asset planning, training provision and providing general assistance in using the Nucleus platform.
The IFA account manager acts as the principal pre-sales liaison between Nucleus and participating IFA partners, supporting and achieving the transition of client assets across to the Nucleus platform and ensuring the successful implementation of new firms joining the platform.
Our ideal candidate will be/have:Technical knowledge of wrap/platforms and competitors
Awareness of money laundering, compliance and TCF principles.
Working knowledge of the financial adviser / investment management market would be beneficial
Ability to work in a busy high pressured environment
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Efficient in applications; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Able to influence at all levels, in particular to be credible and convincing in front of directors/advisers
Able to use knowledge of legacy assets to identify migrating opportunities
Capable of understanding the needs of each IFA firm and deliver bespoke tailored solutions for implementation.
Able to identify common ground when conflict arises
Ability to handle challenging questions with credibility and ease
?Highly disciplined and organised, with well-honed self-management skills and the ability to work alone effectively when required
?Able to demonstrate a passion for our model and be able to transfer this enthusiasm to accounts
?Hands on problem solving, with the ability to generate new opportunities
?Ability to lead an implementation/migration project
Flexible to travel where business dictates within the UK
