THE ROLE

The Recruitment Administrator plays a fundamental role in the delivery of a robust recruitment service across LBMs Call Centre Operations. Essentially an administrative role, this role focuses on a variety of administrative activities integral to the call centre agent recruitment process. The Recruitment Administrator will undertake a variety of tasks aligned to compliance, legislation and audit in line with client service level agreements. The Administrator will also be required to support the recruitment team in candidate sourcing and screening and new starter presentations. This role will predominantly sit within call centre recruitment however the role holder will also be required to support the head office recruitment process on an ad-hoc basis.

ESSENTIALSKILLS

Must have proven administration experience

Must be able to provide evidence of ability to successfully communicate, face to face, across a range of interfaces/stakeholders

Must be able to demonstrate good presentation skills i.e experience of delivering to an audience, group discussions/briefings

Must be able to provide clear examples of working under pressure to tight deadlines

IT Skills must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the propensity to pick up new IT systems efficiently

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Possesses strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate successfully with a range of internal and external stakeholders, to encourage support from others, to confidently chase and collate information and to facilitate all recruitment activities

Is self motivated, focused and driven and shows commitment to the delivery of a first class recruitment solution for LBM

PACKAGE

Salary: 14 - 16k (Dependent on experience)

Hours of Work: 38.75 hours per week (Monday Friday)

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays
